Peyronie's: The penis bending up may be a manifestation of peyronie's disease, which is an abnormal curvature of the erect penis. Morning erections can be a result of a dream sequence along with the testosterone surge in the early morning hours. A visit to the urologist with photographs of the erect penis from above and the side would be helpful. Hope that helps.
