Depends: The best option would be to be seen by a physician and to make sure that this is not a sexually transmitted disease. Possibile diseases like genital warts, herpes.

Unsure: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
