Probably YES!!: Try a fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) first, if you still can't "poop" and you have pain, you need to be evaluated by a doctor.

Yes: If the pain is severe you should be evaluated in an urgent care setting. If it feels like you need to have a bowel movement, try a hot bath or a hot water bottle.
