What can be done for a scrotum rash?

A diagnostic dilema: It is difficult to tell what you have and so advising treatment is impossible. You possibly have heat-rash and/or jock-itch in the groin, scrotum areas which can be treated with keeping cool/dry and otc lotrimin/lamisil cream. Stds such as early herpes, psoriasis, warts etc...Need different treatments. Consult doc for evaluation and appropriate treatment. Good luck.
