Clean then dry.: Retract the foreskin completely, and cleanse with soapy water. Completely dry the glans, or the head of the penis, along with the foreskin. It is important not to leave any significant moisture behind as it can set up for infections or rashes. Avoid irritating powders like talc. Replace the foreskin over the glans. Do this daily.
