Pain: If you are in that severe of pain get checked. The reason could be something gynecologicai, but other internal problems refering to that area could be possible too.

Impossible to know: Without examining you it's impossible to know if the pain is coming from your vagina, uterus, bladder, bowel, or tubes/ovaries. All can present with terrible pain in the same location. If it persists you need to be seen by a physician.

Infection: Sometimes an infection in the vagina can cause this stabbing type of pain. Uterine pain is typically crampy in nature. Hopefully you haven't had any recent trauma to the vagina. If you're worried, see a physician soon.
