Get evaluated. : Even mild & intermittent pain should be evaluated to assess the need for an ultrasound. Causes such as intermittent torsion, infections like epididymitis, orchitis or mumps, appendix testis torsion, & cancer must be ruled out first. More likely benign causes such as hernia, hydrocele, spermatocele & varicocele are possibilities that can be addressed. Try not to delay the workup; good luck to you.
