Normal: A small amount of spotting as a result of sexual activity is not uncommon and is not usually an indication of a problem.

Many things: Depending on age persistent bleeding after sex could be a problem. Let's assume you are young and have no infection of the cervix (chlamydia). It could be close to your period, you mat have had some breakthrough spotting, likely nothing to worry about unless recurrent. Please be on the pill or something if not trying to be pregnant. In fact it may help ur problem if not on it.
