Hmmmm . . . : Feeling guilty after orgasm is a very individual response. Consulting with a therapist can help you discover your own answers to this. Not knowing you, i'd wonder about the circumstances of achieving "guilty" orgasms -- partner choice, masturbation, etc. Perhaps you feel that sexual feelings and activities are sinful and shouldn't be enjoyed at all, if you are a "good" person? Many others, too.
