What's the difference between alesse and aviane pills?

No difference: Alesse is the trade name & Aviane is the generic formulation. Both contain Levonorgestrel & ethinyl Estradiol and have active hormone on the first 21 days followed by 7 days of inert pills. Pick the cheaper one, same medicine.
