Lift-bras or implant: Lift-bras and inserts can give you the instant larger appearance, or hormonally enlarged via pregnancy which won't last long either. Breast implant is the more permanent solution but can be costly and involves surgical risks. Think about what would make you happy and why. Bigger is not always better. Best of luck to you.

Breast enlargement: Of course garments/bras can be used. There are several other techniques to enlarge the breast with breast implants being the most popular. Either saline or silicone implants can be used. Other methods include external expanders (brava device), or fat tranfer via grafts or flaps. A variety of hormones can be used but are generally used only for male to female transgender treatment.

Breast augmentation: Surgery is the only "tried and true" way of accomplishing breast enlargement. Very subtle increases in breast size may be obtained with use of the brava system, but large series of long term results are currently lacking. Some plastic surgeons perform fat transfer surgery, though this is often a staged approach and, again, long term data are lacking.
