Thick white discharge during sex but not a yeast infection?

See your doctor: Your doctor should be able to tell you what the discharge is from with a good exam. It could still be yeast even if you treated with over-the-counter medication. Are you using a spermicide or a cream? Just some thoughts.

Get Checked: Common sign of chlamydia infection is white to creamy discharge which most of the time is painless. I would definitely get checked. Risk factors of chlamydial infection include unprotected sexual activity, multiple sex partners, history of other std's, and others.
