How long does it take fo the effects of lupron (leuprolide) to wear off?

Varies: There are three forms of lupron, (leuprolide) one is a subcutaneous injection daily which will wear off very quickly. The second type is a depot form which last for approximately 30 days in the body, and lastly there is a 90 day form. A woman will usually ovulate 2 to 4 weeks after the effects of the Lupron (leuprolide) has worn off.
