Other things that may decrease fertility are smoking, overweight / obesity, pelvic infections like chlamydia or pid, fibroid tumors or polyps of the uterus, endometriosis, surgery involving the ovaries, uterus or tubes, ectopic pregnancies, and cancer chemo- or radiotherapy.
