No: "scar tissue" that builds up in peyronie's does not look microscopically like scar tissue from injury, and i doubt there is a connection. However, a fracture of the corpora can leave you with a bent penis. Have fun but be reasonably gentle.

No, but...: No, but sporadically, violent rough sex leading to penile injury with bleeding has been mentioned as a possible connection with peyronie's disease. Otherwise, no.
