Body changes: There are 2 main reasons sex feels different during pregnancy. With pregnancy, there is engorgement of the vaginal tissues which can cause a chafing feeling during and after sex. Part of orgasm is uterine contraction. With increasing size of the uterus, orgasm can cause a pressure feeling or cramp feeling that can last for up to half and hour after sex.

Stress, depression: Depends how long after pregnancy. Sex has many parts too it. A child is a fulltime job. Mind over matter. If your not into it because other factors consume your , emotions your body will not respond. , the body changes with pregnancy and childbirth which can also impact sexuality. Try to embrace yourself, relax and get to know you again. It will all come.
