None: Some foods like wild yam and soybeans contain raw ingredients for dhea but do not contain dhea itself. We don't know if eating more soybeans increases your dhea.

Essential fatty acid: DHEA is made from cholesterols. Foods containing precursor essential fatty acids for DHEA production are: ghee, raw butter, coconut oil, cod liver, palm oil, flax seed oil, primrose oil, olive oil and pumpkin seed.
