Fix the relationship: Talk to your friend. Improving the relationship may lead to more sex. There are so many details i would need to know to help you, and there is not enough space here. Trying to force the other person to have more sex usually backfires and causes a weaker relationship. Sex takes 2 people, they need to want it more, or you won't be getting more.
