Yes: First you start with an evaluation as to why the problem exists. The causes can vary from emotional issues, stress, hormone problems, relationship issues, physical defects of the genitalia and many other causes. Treatment depends on the cause. Ask your doctor to help, not being able to have an orgasm is a treatable problem! if your physical exam and labs are normal, then a sex therapist can help.
