Precum and pregnancy: This is definitely a possibility. I would at the very least get a home pregnancy test and see what the results are. Or, to get to her family physician to make sure. Pre cum is semen and sperm.

Possibly: Pre-ejaculate is a clear viscous fluid that typically comes out of the penis during sexual arousal and there is debate as to whether there is actually sperm in this fluid. I would have to caution that is is possible, but unlikely, for pregnancy to occur from purely pre-ejaculate fluid. However, it would be wise to have your girlfriend take a pregnancy test and see her healthcare provider.
