Small or soft?: Your gf may have had experience with previous drunken bfs who couldn't get an erection because they were intoxicated. When she says "small" she may just mean flaccid. People with cirrhosis can have low testosterone levels, which shrinks the testicles, but it shouldn't change penis size.
