Many options: While the regular birth control pill may interfere with breast milk production, your options include the "mini-pill", the iud, depo-provera, condoms, and diaphragms. Breast feeding itself will provide protection for a while but the duration is unpredictable, making it mostly useful for spacing pregnancies.
