Possibly: Nothing in life is 100%. Even the best contraception can fail. There is no way to know if you are pregnant without the proper examination and laboratory testing. There are other factors that can cause you to miss or have a lighter bleeding. I would suggest seeing a gynecologist if you have further questions or concerns.
