Is it for sure that after circumcision the hypersensitivity of my glans will go on forever?

Varies: The glans will be hypersensitive compared to the glans in the uncircumcised penis but the sensitivity will go down with time but will be more sensitive than the uncircumcised glans due to the open (i.e. Not covered with foreskin) state it is in.
