Get checked.: If you're sexually active, we worry about STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea. These are both treatable illnesses. Sometimes guys can develop a urethritis (inflammation of the urethra) from trauma or exposure to spermacides, lubricants or other chemicals. Bottom line, you should get it checked out! good luck!
