Menopause: Never say never but highly doubtful. Hormonal yes, but i recommend if this continues, an evaluation by your physician would be most beneficial.

Very Unlikely: You period may be delayed and you may be experiencing pms. However, tubal ligations can fail. Get a pregnancy test anyway and see you gyn if you do not get a period soon.
