Evaluate for reason: Many possible reasons but impossible to say in general. If your husband has consistent (more than once or twice) hematospermia (bloody semen, ) and unless its related to recent surgery, injury, prostate biopsy, etc., he needs to be evaluated promptly for underlying cause. See his primary doctor or can go to a urologist directly in some cases.
