Not particularly: Especially alcohol in excess. A glass of wine, or a single standard drink, is probably not a problem, but these drugs dilate blood vessels, and alcohol can do the same thing. In large amounts, the amount of dilation of arteries from both alcohol and Cialis can cause dizziness, rapid heart rate and even fainting spells. In susceptible people, it can even increase chance of heart attack.
