Exam: A physical exam is needed. Most areas of our body are slightly asymmetrical. An experienced Obgyn can examine your clitoris to confirm if all is normal.

Skin tag?: there are several things to be concerned about including skin tags and genital warts. Of course is this is not something that is new it could just be asymmetry. Women often times have different size labias, breasts, nipples, etc. You will have to have an evaluation with a gynecologist or at least your family doctor to get real answer.
