Can you get pregnant by inserting semen with a finger?

No studies: Medicine is based on science and produces knowledge through experiments or studies. It would be difficult to design a study to answer the question if a woman can get pregnant by the mechanism you describe. We do know, though, that sperm can survive after vaginal intercourse for 4 + days, i.e., it is very resilient. I could imagine that pregnancy can happen the way you described it.
