Missed pill: It would be a reasonable thing to take emergency birth control, but most women can miss a single pill per cycle and still not get pregnant. You could also call your physician and based on your type of pill they can tell you how to adjust dose of your current pill pack like emergency birth control. Most GYNs have an answering service.
