Cause of penis captivus?

Vaginal spasm: Very rare condition which many people have thought to be fictitious. However there have been occasional reports of inability to withdraw penis from vagina after intercourse. Vaginismus, or very strong contraction of pelvic floor muscles (similar to an exaggerated vaginal orgasm) can temporarily trap an engorged glans penis and cause so called "penis capitivus".
