A member asked:

If i normally take my birth control pill at 9 o'clock at night but forget and take it at 9 o'clock the next morning am i still protected?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Missed pill: The chances for breakthrough ovulation and conception increase with number of pills missed in a cycle. If one pill is missed, it's a good idea to use a backup method until birth control pills have been taken correctly for 7 consecutive days.
