Its been 19days since i had unprotected sex and i am one week late on my period. i took a preg test and came back neg, is it early to even test?

Not too late: If you are late for your period, then it is not too early to test. If it was negative, you may have had a delayed ovulation. Wait another week. if you still have not started, check another pregnancy test. If it is still negative, you need to talk to your GYN.
