I don't want to be on birth control the rest of my life. what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Birth control option: Unless you smoke or suffer from heart disease, you can take hormonal contraception until menopause. If you prefer not to use something every day you may want to explore nuvaring, mirena, (levonorgestrel) paraguard and sterilization as alternatives to "the pill" along with barrier methods like condoms, diaphragm and the "today" sponge.
