Symptoms of menses: what you describe could be symptoms of your menses coming shortly. If you have had unprotected intercourse, you should check home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If negative, repeat in seven to 10 days.if both negative, unlikely you are pregnant. If no menses a week after your expected menses, see your GYN provider. Hope this helps. Best of luck
