Missed Period: Well it is possible that you may have just not ovulated and be late on a period but I think pregnancy is a definite possibility especially if you were not using protection. Have you tested?

Pregnancy: You should certainly see a GYN and have a blood pregnancy test as well as a pelvic exam.
