Hematuria: Blood coming out of penis is hematuria. This can be painless or painful. If former, we worry about cancer or side effect of blood thinner. If latter, we think of infections & stones. Regardless, this needs to be evaluated by his family doc.

Blood: Most likely blood. Could be from trauma to the penis, bladder /kidney infection, kidney stones/mass, prostate infection or trauma/mass, sexually transmitted disease, or kidney failure, acute or chronic disease. Needs to be seen by Doc for evaluation.
