A few things: If the rape was done by force without lubricant there might be anal tears and bleeding. Was the rapist known to you? There is a risk of transmission of sexually transmitted disease in a forceful, unprotected anal rape. You also have to decide what you want to do about personal relations with a known rapist, or legal action in any case. Collecting a specimen in a plastic bag might be in order.
