Secretions or...: Sometimes vaginal secretions collect in this area and then dry. This will usually wash off without any problem. Keeping this area clean will prevent irritation and fungal infections. If the skin itself is white and the whiteness doesn't wash off, it needs to be evaluated by a Gyn or dermatologist. A biopsy to make sure there is no cancer is sometimes needed. Best wishes!
