Figure out cause: To combat something, you need to uncover cause. Erectile dysfunction is often due to stress whether relationship, financial, work, family, etc. It can also be due to tobacco, excess alcohol, obesity, etc. Some diseases & medications can cause/aggravate ED such as diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, depression. Go see your family doc. Consider trial of Cialis or Viagra (sildenafil) if none of above apply

(metoprolol, atenolol, etc), diuretics.
