Wait a few days: after stopping tretinoin for the redness and inflammation to improve before getting cryosurgery. Not only will it lessen the likelihood of getting infected, it will be less difficult to identify the specific molluscum lesions and treat adequately. Good luck.

Molloscum in genital: Please see the dermatologist again and find out whether that is an option. The scrotal skin is very thin and sensitive and it may not be a possibility to treat the lesion in a harsh matter like that due to possible scarring or injury.
