Solid blood coming out followed by cramps then pain in my belly button and lower back. what's this ?? i'm still on depo-provera for another couple weeks now.

Need: examination. Depot provera (medroxyprogesterone) is known for abnormal bleeding. It sounds like uterine spasms to me. This can radiate to many places.
But, you also need to worry about appendicitis, bladder infections, pregnancy to name a few. Your doctor can determine more precisely what your problem is. If it is too bad, go to an urgent care or ER
