Doubt pregnacy: Difficult but not impossible to get pregnant right before your period comes on. Protect yourself at all times: monitor your monthly cycles and if no period in 4 weeks, do a pregnancy test. I would suggest BC pills and condoms. Nausea may be from hormonal surge or anxiety.
