I got my period today (day early) and then there was no sign of it the rest of the day. could it be from not taking bc pills the same time everyday?

Maybe: But this pattern is really not significant and should not concern you. When you are on the pill your periods are brought on artificially, so minor variations are common. However, it is certainly better if you can be consistent about when you take your pills but small variations will not make a difference.
