A Bad Head Trip: There's lots you can do about it, with the help of a specialist (usually a urologist or internist). It starts with figuring out if it is a physical problem or due to drugs or medications- and if not, then trying to find out any possible psychological or emotional problem(s) that may be involved- or a combination of all these. Important to stay calm and focused because getting anxious won't help.
