Stretched length: Measuring the stretched penile length in the flaccid penis is an appropriate means of assessment. Measure from the pubic bone (pushing down on the prepubic fat) to the tip of the penis. A stretched length of 12.45 cm ± 2.71 (7.5–19.0) is normal. . The journal of urology 156 (3): 995–99.
