Late period: Consider pregnancy test. Cramping may be start of period as well, if no period in 2-3 days do a pregnancy test. If the absence of period persists and the initial test was negative consider blood pregnancy test and/or sonogram. Also consider GI issues like infection/diverticulitis /food intolerances since you have gas and UTI.
