Masturbation to orgasm by a man leads to ejaculation of sperm(that contain either a chromosomal material for a man or woman) but doesn't necessarily select gender specific sperm. A woman who masturbates to orgasm may have uterine contraction which could alter how sperm(already in the reproductive tract) travel but not likely significantly.
