Yes: Nonspecific urethritis (NSU), also called nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), is diagnosed only in men. Chlamydia causes about one third of cases, and female partners of infected men are treated with drugs that will cure chlamydia, usually azithromycin or doxycycline. If no chlamydia, most women have nothing obviously wrong, but treatment is recommended to prevent problems and reinfection of partners.
